I picked this book up prior to day one of clinicals in medical school. Now 5 years later in residency I still refer to it on a regular basis. This is color coordinated and easy to follow sections on conversions, common normal lab values, progress notes, discharge summaries, H&P’s, OP notes, Mini Mental Status exams, and neuro exams plus many more tidbits. I picked this up for 7 dollars at my bookstore, saved me many times at 2am on call. Get this, it will help you on all services. A gold standard of easy reference.

When I received this I was shocked. The ‘book’ is the size of a flash card and only has 11 printed pages or 11 flash cards I should say. At this price plus shipping it came up >$10. Honestly the thing looks like it should be no more than $5 including shipping and handling. Not only that the writing is very small and jumbled and I find the content to be questionable. If it was cheaper I would not be this angry.

This was very cheaply made. It looked like zerox copies on different color construction paper. The only nicely made part was the plastic cover and back. Not worth the price.
